  • This 2000 Volkswagen Polo Classic Coupé is a one-of-one custom build that reimagines a model Volkswagen never offered from the factory. Showing 134,227 kilometers, this unique project began life as a Seat Córdoba—one of the only platform variants available in a two-door configuration—and was then extensively converted to resemble a Polo Classic Coupé, including a full rear-end transformation to match the Polo’s body styling. The result is a singular car that blends factory Volkswagen aesthetics with bespoke craftsmanship, offering a rare opportunity for collectors, builders, or anyone seeking a distinctive show or project vehicle. Air conditioning is not equipped.
Finished in silver over a black and orange interior, the car presents with a number of cosmetic and mechanical modifications. The exterior features JOM coilovers as well as 7x18 Mini Cooper Works wheels wrapped in narrow 165/35 Nankang tires, giving the Polo a pronounced stance and modernized appearance. Additional updates include double-chamber headlights with a matching grille and custom mirrors. The trunk comes filled with spare parts, illustrating its role as a long-term project and ensuring the next owner has ample material for continued refinement.
Inside, the custom theme continues with a striking black and orange cabin. Color Concept seats from a Polo 6N have been fitted in bright orange, complemented by a Lupo 3L leather steering wheel stitched in orange and a gear knob featuring matching accents. The speedometer carries a silver face with orange contrast, and the engine bay has been partially cleaned and painted in the same vibrant tone. While visually cohesive, the seller notes that the engine is currently not running. The vehicle has primarily served as an advertising display on company premises, and the external graphics can be removed or replaced at the buyer’s request.
The seller emphasizes that this is not a perfect or fully sorted example, but rather an ideal base for further customization—whether recommissioning the existing powertrain or undertaking a more ambitious swap such as a 1.8T or VR6. Additional components, including electric windows, a rear disc-brake setup, and an H&R coilover kit, are available separately. Danish papers accompany the vehicle.
