This 1954 MG TF 1250 is finished in Almond Green Metallic over a green leather interior, with the odometer showing 14,000 km indicated. The TF was the final development of the T-series line, and the model is admitted to the 1000 Miglia. Imported from the United States in 2007, the car was given a thorough restoration back to its original splendour. It is now offered by Open Air Imports with a 30-photo gallery.

The Almond Green Metallic paintwork is paired with a canvas soft top. The car obtained ASI certification in 2007, allowing registration in the ASI historic register under number 14930, and received a new ASI Certificato di Rilevanza Storica in 2022.

The green leather interior is complete with the car's original accessories, including long and short tonneau covers, the soft top and the side screens, all in the original canvas. After the restoration the car had two owners, the first from 2014 to 2022 and the current owner since then.

The 1,250 cc XPAG inline-four is paired with a four-speed manual gearbox. In 2023 the car underwent a programme of refinement work at a well-known workshop specialising in English cars, at a total cost of about 7,000 euros, and four new Michelin Epoca tyres were fitted. The seller reports that the car has been kept current with the mandatory biennial technical inspections and presents it in perfect usable and maintained condition, ready for any historic event with no further work needed.

The TF closed the T-series line that had carried MG's sports-car reputation since the 1930s, adding a lowered bonnet line, a sloped grille and headlamps faired into the wings to the TD formula for a short two-year run.
